Designed for tangent and mild angle installations, this ADSS cable suspension system evenly distributes mechanical stress, prevents localized pressure on the cable sheath, and improves vibration resistance. Depending on span length and load conditions, the solution can be applied as a tangent suspension clamp for ADSS cable (≤100 m spans) or a single preformed rod suspension set (100–200 m spans).

Scope of Supply

 

Each complete suspension set consists of:

  1. Preformed Rods
  2. AGS Suspension Clamp
  3. U-Clevis
  4. Bolts & Fasteners
  5. Latex / Rubber Pad

Installation Guide

  1. Select the correct model based on cable diameter and span length

  2. Place the latex pad on the cable at the suspension point

  3. Apply preformed rods evenly around the cable (if applicable)

  4. Position the AGS clamp over the rods or cable

  5. Connect the clamp to the insulator string using a U-clevis and fittings

  6. Tighten bolts and secure locking pins

No special tools are required for pre-twisted suspension assemblies.
