The Double Suspension Clamp for ADSS Cable is engineered for long-span transmission lines and towers with large elevation angles (30°–36°). It minimizes bending stress, reduces harmful stress concentration on ADSS cables, and enhances anti-vibration performance to protect optical fibers from additional loss. Ideal for spans over 800 meters, this preformed suspension clamp ensures safe and stable cable support under extreme weather conditions.
The double suspension components improve load carrying capacity of the clamp, suspending the cable under the situations of greater line angle, higher fall, and bigger span. The poles/towers whose line angle can be extended to 60°.The angle of single-side suspension is between 30°-36°.
International Standard Compliance
Manufactured for ADSS cable suspension, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength. Complies with: IEC 60794-4-20, IEEE 1591.2-2017, IEC 61284

Installation Guide
-
Ensure the suspension clamp is correctly positioned.
-
Use a plumb line to align the cable at the center of the suspension point.
-
Wrap inner rods onto cable subsets (2–3 rods per subset), aligning center marks.
-
Wrap ends by hand; do not use tools that may damage the cable.
-
Position outer rods over rubber inserts, ensuring proper alignment and a snug fit.
-
Clamp housing and secure PS Clevis and Z Clevis with bolts and lock pins.
-
Attach anchor shackle to tower/pole fastening clamp.
-
Check installation for secure fit and proper cable curvature.
