The TX-ES1500 1kV Suspension Clamp is specifically designed for 25–95 mm² low-voltage ABC (Aerial Bundled Cable) systems. It ensures safe, reliable, and secure cable suspension on wooden poles, concrete poles, or building walls while minimizing mechanical stress on conductors.
The assembly features a high-strength aluminum bracket or hot-dip galvanized steel body combined with a UV- and weather-resistant elastomer or reinforced plastic clamp. This ensures firm gripping without damaging cable insulation.
Additionally, the clamp can be paired with insulation piercing connectors, allowing convenient service connections by tapping into the mainline. Ideal for self-supporting, insulated messenger, or bare messenger ABC lines, the TX-ES1500 1kV ensures long-term durability and compliance with international standards.

Installation Guide

Select a proper mounting location on a pole or a wall.

Fix the bracket/body using bolts or stainless steel straps.

Insert the suspension clamp into the bracket.

Place the ABC cable into the clamp groove.

Tighten bolt & wingnut assembly securely without damaging cable.
