The Aluminum Alloy Wall Mount Anchor Bracket (CA Series) is a high-strength support fitting designed for the installation of Low Voltage Aerial Bundled Cable (LV-ABC) systems. It is used to securely fix strain or suspension clamps on utility poles or building walls, providing reliable anchoring and long-term mechanical stability.
Manufactured from high-quality cast aluminum alloy, the CA Series bracket offers excellent tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, making it suitable for urban, rural, industrial, and coastal environments. Its universal mounting design allows fast installation using either bolts or stainless-steel bands, reducing installation time and overall project cost.
Compliance Standards
The CA Series Anchor Bracket is designed and manufactured in accordance with international and utility-approved standards:

Design & Function:
The CA Series Aluminum Alloy Bracket is engineered to support one or two strain or suspension clamps (CA1500 / CA2000).
-
Designed with anti-slip stops to prevent metal tape displacement during installation.
-
Includes grooved edges that prevent overlapping of stainless steel straps, ensuring precise and secure fixing.
-
The cast aluminum structure provides exceptional tensile strength, stability, and corrosion resistance.
-
The bracket allows universal mounting—either by M14/M16 bolts or two stainless steel bands (20mm width).
Installation Guide
The CA Series bracket supports two installation methods, providing maximum flexibility in the field.
Option 1: Bolt Installation
-
Position the bracket on the pole or wall.
-
Fix using M14 or M16 bolts with suitable anchors.
-
Tighten securely to ensure stable mounting.
Option 2: Stainless-Steel Strap Installation
-
Place the bracket at the desired position.
-
Secure using two stainless-steel straps (20 mm × 0.7 mm).
-
Ensure the anti-slip stops are properly engaged to prevent movement.
Clamp Installation
-
Attach one or two strain or suspension clamps (CA1500, CA2000, etc.).
-
Verify correct cable alignment and tension before final tightening.
