The Aluminium Alloy Bracket for Strain and Suspension Clamps (Type-T) is a high-performance mounting fitting designed to provide secure and durable support for low-voltage Aerial Bundled Cable (LV-ABC) lines. It is suitable for mounting strain clamps and suspension clamps on utility poles or building walls in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, this bracket ensures long-term mechanical reliability while preventing clamp rotation under load. Its universal mounting design allows easy installation using bolts or stainless-steel straps, making it a versatile and cost-effective solution for overhead low-voltage distribution networks.

Installation Guide
The Aluminium Alloy Bracket for Strain and Suspension Clamps supports flexible mounting options:
Option 1: Bolt Installation
-
Position the bracket on the pole or wall.
-
Fix using M14 or M16 bolts with appropriate anchors.
-
Tighten securely to ensure firm load transfer.
Option 2: Stainless-Steel Strap Installation
-
Place the bracket at the required position on the pole.
-
Secure using 20 × 0.7 mm stainless-steel straps and buckles.
-
Ensure straps are evenly tightened to prevent movement.
Clamp Installation
-
Mount one or two strain or suspension clamps onto the bracket.
-
Verify that clamps are seated correctly and that rotation is prevented.
No special tools are required beyond standard bolting or banding equipment.
