The TX-IPC-LVN-01 Low Voltage Insulation Piercing Connector, also called Low Voltage Cable Connector Conductor Range (Main 6–25 mm² / Branch 6–25 mm²), is designed for quick, reliable, and maintenance-free electrical connections in low-voltage distribution systems. It ensures perfect electrical contact between insulated aluminium or copper conductors without the need to strip insulation. The PA66 fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic housing provides excellent UV, aging, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Equipped with a shear-head bolt, it guarantees precise tightening torque and consistent pressure during installation. Its waterproof sealing system prevents moisture ingress, ensuring long-term stability and performance even in harsh environmental conditions. This Low Voltage Cable Connector is ideal for low-voltage aerial bundled cables (ABC), street lighting, and residential power networks.

Installation Guide
-
Ensure the cables are within the specified conductor range.
-
Insert the main and branch conductors into the connector grooves.
-
Use a dielectric torque wrench to tighten the shear-head bolt (M8) to the rated 9 Nm torque.
-
The head will shear off automatically when optimal contact is achieved.
-
Ensure the PVC end cap is properly sealed to maintain waterproofing.
-
No need to strip insulation or use additional sealing compounds.
