The TTD-Series Insulation Piercing Connectors (IPC) are engineered for fast, safe, and reliable tap connections on LV ABC distribution lines. Designed for use with insulated aluminum and copper conductors, these connectors eliminate the need for conductor stripping, ensuring quick and maintenance-free installations. Each connection uses a shear-bolt torque system, providing consistent electrical contact and watertight sealing.
Fully insulated, UV-stable, flame-retardant, and waterproof, the TTD-Series is ideal for streetlight taps, service connections, metering, and utility network expansions. Tested to withstand 6 kV flashover under water, these connectors offer superior mechanical and environmental performance.
Standard Compliance: NFC 33-020, ANSI C119.5, IEC 61284, EN 50483-4, IRAM 2435, British Standard EATS 43-14
