The TX-IPC-LVN-03 LV Insulation Piercing Connector 35–70 mm² / 35–70 mm² provides safe and reliable branching of low-voltage ABC conductors. It enables secure connections between insulated aluminium or copper conductors without stripping insulation. Its single shear-head bolt allows controlled torque to penetrate insulation and optimal electrical contact while maintaining the mechanical integrity of the conductors. It offers long-term performance in outdoor environments. Ideal for service line systems, street lighting, and building electrical systems where a single-tap connection is sufficient.

Installation Guide
-
Insert main and branch conductors into the connector grooves.
-
Tighten the shear-head bolt using a dielectric torque wrench until the head shears off to ensure correct torque.
-
Verify proper seating and a waterproof seal before energizing.
-
No insulation stripping required.
-
Suitable for energized mains if not under load.
