Universal Wall Mount Tension Bracket – LV-ABC Cable Anchor Bracket

The Universal Wall Mount Tension Bracket, also known as the LV-ABC Cable Anchor Bracket or Dead-End Support Bracket, is a heavy-duty mounting fitting designed for anchoring Low Voltage Aerial Bundled Cable (LV-ABC) systems. It provides secure dead-ending and tension support for overhead low-voltage lines on poles or building walls.

Manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, this bracket ensures excellent mechanical performance, electrical safety, and long service life in harsh outdoor environments. When used with PA 1500 tension clamps, it delivers a reliable and durable anchoring solution for both urban and rural power distribution networks.

• Design & Function

  The LV-ABC Anchor Bracket is precision-cast from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, offering excellent mechanical strength and long service life.
  Its universal mounting design allows installation using either:

  • Two 20mm stainless steel bands, or

  • A single M14 or M16 bolt.

  The bracket accommodates two PA 1500 tension clamps to secure the ABC conductors, providing strong mechanical support and maintaining conductor tension under varying loads and weather conditions.
  The design ensures:

  • Stability against vibration, wind, and mechanical stress.

  • Reliable insulation and electrical safety performance.

  • Ease of installation and maintenance.

Installation Guide

The Universal Wall Mount Tension Bracket supports two standard installation methods:

Option 1: Stainless-Steel Band Installation

1. Position the bracket on the pole or wall.

2. Fix using two 20 mm stainless-steel bands with appropriate buckles.

3. Tighten bands evenly to ensure secure seating.

Option 2: Bolt Installation

1. Applicable for pre-drilled surfaces or walls.

2. Use one M14 or M16 bolt with suitable anchors.

3. Ensure the bolt is fully tightened to maintain mechanical stability.

Clamp Installation

• Attach two PA 1500 tension clamps to the bracket.

• Insert and tension the LV-ABC conductors according to standard installation practice.

• No special tools are required beyond standard banding or bolting equipment.
