The PS Series Suspension Clamp is engineered to suspend two-core or four-core low-voltage (LV) self-supporting overhead cables with cross-sections ranging from 10 mm² to 150 mm². Designed for durability, it combines a hot-dip galvanized steel strap with a UV-resistant elastomer, ensuring resistance against corrosion, environmental effects, and mechanical stress.
With a turning angle of 30°, the TX-PS clamp allows flexible installation on poles or walls, making it ideal for overhead LV cable networks. Equipped with shear head bolts, it ensures consistent torque without damaging cable insulation, and its design prevents loose parts from falling during installation.
International Standard Compliance
-
Complies with EN 50483-2
-
Meets NF C33-040 requirements
-
Tested for environmental stability and mechanical load
Construction & Materials
-
Clamp Body: Hot-dip galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and high tensile strength
-
Rubber Part: Weather-resistant, anti-UV elastomer to protect cable insulation
-
Bolts: Shear head steel bolts ensuring proper torque and preventing over-tightening
-
Fully assembled to avoid loose parts during installation
Installation Guide
-
Select the correct TX-PS clamp size according to cable cross-section.
-
Place the clamp on the pole or wall mounting point.
-
Position the cable within the rubber elastomer groove.
-
Tighten shear head bolts until the torque control mechanism activates.
-
Ensure proper alignment; verify that the clamp holds the cable securely.
-
Confirm that the cable is not twisted and has clearance for the 30° turning angle.
